31.06.06 IBM have visited INTRICE

Yesterday the representatives of IBM Global Procurement survey Team visited INTRICE office in Tomsk. The purpose of the visit was to meet with INTRICE management team in the frame of IBM survey, the main object of which is to select a number of IT firms to be suppliers of IT Services for IBM. INTRICE managers made the presentations of company's history, structure, development processes and projects. Our guests were greatly impressed by our Online gambling projects, especially for mobile casino. After the visit, IBM team will analyze the results of the survey to select IT service suppliers for IBM. Cooperation with IBM will bring INTRICE a number of advantages in future development.

23.03.06 INTRICE has exhibited at CeBit 2006

CeBIT 2006, the world's greatest yearly event in IT industry, has taken place in Hannover, Germany. The exhibition that was open from 9 till 15 March was attended by the biggest number (450 thousand) of visitors for its whole history. Besides, the year 2006 is the 20th anniversary of the fair.

It is the third time that INTRICE's representatives have taken part in the exhibition, and we observe its high effectiveness. Our representatives have actively communicated with other participants and visited the German-Russian forum organized by BITCOM. During the event, a lot of meetings were held, many promising contacts were established, and important agreements about future cooperation were reached. In addition, our representatives have had meetings with both potential and current customers to discuss the existing and future projects. Our company highly appreciates the results of our participation in CeBIT 2006.

24.11.05 INTRICE attends COMTEC 2005

From 9 to 11 November, our German representatives visited COMTEC 2005, an IT trade fair for computers, communications, computer networks, hardware and software. The fair took place in Dresden and was tailored to the needs of small and medium-sized enterprises in the new Federal states of Germany and the neighboring EU countries. "The atmosphere of the fair is very positive; the people are expecting the market to be awakened - says Artur Huber, the director of Intrice Deutschland. - There are three categories of exhibitors: end-customers, advertising agencies, and IT companies. Most companies notice that the number of orders is continuously growing. We have had a number of useful meetings, talked to people from other companies. The attendance at this event definitely has a long-term positive effect".

07.11.05 INTRICE took part in SYSTEMS 2005

The representatives of our German office have visited Systems 2005, the international fair for IT, media and communications which took place in Munich a week ago. This year's fair focused on small and middle-sized companies and there were much more exhibitors than last year. One of the most noticeable trends of the fair was a greater number of business-to-business mobile technology products. It was announced that the software manufacturers and end-customers' investments in IT have been increasing for the past year. Our representatives attended some business meetings and other fair events. Taking part in this fair is an efficient way to establish new business contacts, so we are going to visit it every year.

25.09.05 INTRICE's quality system is approved by ISO audit

On September 21 the regular supervisory audit of our company's QMS was held. It confirmed that INTRICE's quality management system meets the ISO 9001:2000 requirements. The audit discovered no infringement of the quality standards which makes another evidence of the efficiency of the company's QMS system.

21.06.05 INTRICE representatives took part in ROSS 2005

For the second time the representatives of our company took part in Russian Outsourcing and Software Summit which took place in Saint Petersburg on June 15 to 18. It is one of the largest and the most prominent events in the sphere of IT-outsourcing, software development and international cooperation on Information Technologies in Russia, CIS and Western Europe. During the Summit our representatives had an opportunity to attend a number of business meetings, negotiated with the companies within our area of interest and achieved the agreements about future partnership. INTRICE regularly takes part in this event and finds it very effective for the business development. We are going to continue to attend future ROSS sessions.

21.03.05 INTRICE has exhibited at CeBit 2005

CeBIT 2005, the world's leading event for information technology, telecommunications, software and services, was held in Hannover, Germany on 10-16 March. For the first time in the history of the fair, the Business Processes Exposition included a special hall for IT outsourcing providers, which reflects the rising interest in IT outsourcing in the world's business community.

This year INTRICE was one of the exhibitors of the CIS Software Pavilion organized by RUSSOFT Association in cooperation with the IT-Ukraine Association for software developers from Russia and CIS. INTRICE representatives communicated with other exhibitors and took part in the CeBIT events. They had a lot of business meetings, established promising contacts, and came to important agreements on potential cooperation. Our representatives also had meetings with both potential and permanent customers and discussed current and future projects. Our company is going to visit Cebit every year.

05.02.05 INTRICE participated in Russian IT Matchmaking Event in Duesseldorf, Germany

On 1 February in Duesseldorf, Germany, the Matchmaking Event took place letting Russian companies and the Nordrhein-Westfalen region companies involved in the informational and communicational technology business meet. The event was organized by RUSSOFT Association and FORT-ROSS marketing agency together with BITCOM, Economic Development Corporation GfW Nordrhein-Westfalen and the Research Institute for Telecommunications FTK. The purpose of the event was to establish direct business contacts among the participants of the Russian-German market.

INTRICE LLC has participated in the Event. Our representatives had 11 appointments with top managers of different German companies. During the negotiations, the parties came to agreements about different kinds of cooperation. We appreciate the high importance and effectiveness of such meetings that allow to find shared interests and common ground with many potential customers or partners.

27.10.04 INTRICE representatives took part in SYSTEMS 2004

A couple days ago two representatives of our company came back from SYSTEMS 2004 - the leading business-to-business trade fair for IT, media and communications. It was held in Munich, the largest high-tech and media location in Europe. A lot of interesting forums and meetings were held in the fair, including BITKOM Convergence Forum and the "IT Trends in Politics and Business" forum. Our representatives actively communicated with other participants and joined the most interesting events of the fair. Besides, they negotiated with our constant and potential customers and discussed the work on current and future projects. Next year we are going to take part in SYSTEMS 2005.

23.09.04 INTRICE's quality system is approved by ISO audit

On 21 - 22 September 2004, our company's QMS was audited. The supervisory audit was held by a representative of Siberian Certification Center authorized by NQA. The auditor confirmed that INTRICE's quality management system met the ISO 9001:2000 requirements. The audit discovered no infringement of the quality standard, which makes another evidence of the efficiency of the company's QMS system.

17.09.04 INTRICE joins the InfoRus partnership

INFORUS is an association of Russian leading IT companies. On 14 September, the Partnership Board decided to affiliate INTRICE to the partnership, so our company became the first InfoRus member from Tomsk.

InfoRus involves Russia's best specialists experienced in developing IT projects. With more than ten years of experience in software development for western customers, INTRICE became an adequate consortium member.

25.06.04 Internal audit of QMS held in the company

From June 21 to June 22 a planned internal audit of Quality Management System (QMS) was held in our company, which confirmed efficiency of system and processes. The auditors and the head of quality control department gave a high estimation to the results of the audit, which allows to exactly formulating further ways of perfecting the established processes in the Company. In September, the company will undergo the next external QMS audit.

14.06.04 The Company participated in ROSS 2004 exhibition in St. Petersburg

From June 9 to June 12 the annual biggest Russian action devoted to offshore outsourcing - Russian Outsourcing & Software Summit 2004 - was held in Saint Petersburg. The summit gathered more than 400 participants, among who there was a big number of foreign guests, representatives of mass-media and Russian companies. The organizers of the exhibition were consortium Fort Ross and ICTIA association.

Our company participated in this action. A great target audience, interesting reports and discussions, rich informational and entertainment programs made the summit a perfect place for communication with colleagues and establishing business contacts. Important and prospective negotiations with representatives of Ernst&Young, Pro Sieben, BITCOM, RazorSkills and other companies. Next year our company plans to certainly take part in this summit.

29.03.04 The Company took part in CeBIT exhibition 2004

From March 18 to March 24 our company for the first time participated in the biggest international fair CeBIT, which took place in German city of Hanover. As a member of Fort-Ross consortium we participated in all the joint actions and meetings, arranged by the consortium. Besides that, participants of our company actively communicated with other participants of the fair and that allowed for many useful contacts to be established and important agreements to be achieved. Fruitful negotiations with representatives of BITCOM, SAP, Wurthphoenix, Aidos Software and many other companies were held. In the future we plan to regularly participate in CeBIT exhibition.

27.02.04 The German representative office was open

Because of high importance of European and especially German markets, a strategic decision was made to open representative office in Germany. It will allow the company to be closer to its partners, and to respond faster and more effective to their needs.

INTRICE Deutschland GmbH - the representative office of our company was open officially on 26th of February in of Regensburg, Germany. INTRICE Deutschland is located in the building of IT Inkubator Ostbayern (Bruderwöhrdstrasse 15b, 93055 Regensburg).

18.02.04 INTRICE achieves ISO 9001:2000 Certification

On January 13 the certification audit was held in our company. It confirmed that company's QM system meets the requirements of ISO 9001:2000 and we became the first Tomsk outsourcing IT company achieving ISO Certification.

The external audit was held by Siberian Certification Center authorized by NQA. The Certificate N17427 covers custom software development area was issued on February 17, 2004 and valid till May 17, 2007.

23.01.04 INTRICE became a member of FORT-ROSS consortium

A regular meeting of FORT-ROSS Consortium took place in St. Petersburg, where the decision was made to affiliate INTRICE into members of consortium. So our company became the first Tomsk member of consortium.

FORT-ROSS is the largest association of Russian offshore outsourcing software developers, and INTRICE fully meets the demands of its standards on the level of quality and maturity of business processes.
